1.将KGM、SPI混合后 溶于水中，充分搅拌均匀，KGM溶胀 完全后，放入 Ca(OH)2悬浊液，搅拌均匀，平整表面，放在 4℃下 存放过夜，95℃ 恒温水浴 30min，立即 冷却 到室温，并存放 在4℃ 过夜 待测。
Mix KGM and SPI well and dissolve them in water, fully stir the solution till KGM being completely swelled. After that add Ca(OH)2 suspension, stir evenly, and then place them on flat surface for overnight at 4℃. Subsequently, put them in thermostatic waterbath at 95℃ for 30min before immediately cooling to room temperature, then place them at 4℃ for another overnight to be measured.
