关于WSEAS版面费，要600欧元，有清楚状况的吗？

最近投了一篇WSEAS transaction on systems，9月份就提示小修接收，后一直没动静，期间email催主编出版信息，开始说10月底出，结果到12月份还未看到在线，最近邮件又催，另一个人给我发了个邮件说要版面费，然后也没说多少，怎么交，再问，今天收到通知，说是2015年5月15日之后要收版面费，要600欧元，有虫虫碰到类似情况吗？ 真心觉得版面费好贵啊，然后还这么不正规的样子，原先本来是不要版面费的，现在怎么这么贵了，是因为我催了它要收加急的版面费么？ 附往来邮件： ---------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------今天收到的催缴费邮件------------------------------ Dear Prof. Liu, We would like to inform you that your paper: ID: 5802-765 Title: xxxx submitted to the WSEAS Transactions on Systems has been accepted for publication after peer review by 2 independent reviewers. 我之前也是看不要版面费才投的，是WSEAS Transactions on Systems and Control 投完就说如果录用要交600欧，当时我还特地问了下呢，确实是600欧 我当时准备想撤稿的，想想看算了，让他审吧，看看结果如何，没指望中，万一中了也撤稿，嘿嘿 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
