[交流] 关于WSEAS版面费，要600欧元，有清楚状况的吗？

最近投了一篇WSEAS transaction on systems，9月份就提示小修接收，后一直没动静，期间email催主编出版信息，开始说10月底出，结果到12月份还未看到在线，最近邮件又催，另一个人给我发了个邮件说要版面费，然后也没说多少，怎么交，再问，今天收到通知，说是2015年5月15日之后要收版面费，要600欧元，有虫虫碰到类似情况吗？
真心觉得版面费好贵啊，然后还这么不正规的样子，原先本来是不要版面费的，现在怎么这么贵了，是因为我催了它要收加急的版面费么？

We would like to inform you that as of May 15, 2015, authors are expected to pay page charges,
which cover the costs of the publishing process. As soon as you register, your paper will be in queue
for publication and it will be included in our next batch, around February.
