Abstract: In this paper, the properties of two face-pieces materials for respirators were respectively characterized (你的这句话只讲了一半，所以这里再加上一句，被什么仪器、什么检测手段或者什么方法所表征). Results show that the tensile and tearing strength of NR respirators are 22.0 MPa and 41.3 KN∙m-1 independently under the currently production condition, which is better than that of CIIR respirators because of the strain induced crystallization. Due to the congested methyl on the link of isobutene, the rebound ratio and diffusion coefficient of the CIIR is lower than that of the NR. Importantly, the Tg of the NR is lower to -55oC than that of the CIIR (-36oC), which indicates that NR face-pieces materials has an excellent performance in lower temperature. Moreover, the motion ability of molecular chain is weakened by large wastage of internal friction, which is major cause for high Tg value of CIIR respirators. |
