[交流] JMPT审稿意见

本人第一次投稿，没什么经验。投的JMPT终于结束under review状态了，历时两个月，回了一个审稿人意见和主编意见，给的大修建议，但很多地方很迷惑。
首先是审稿人给了我四十多条审稿意见，有四十条左右是关于语言的，比如把works改成work之类的。另外一些是关于推论分析的意见，最后审稿人给的是拒稿意见，搞不明白。下面是意见内容：
The manuscript is of interest to the automotive industry. Unfortunately, it contains numerous language errors and a lot of misprints. Some sentences are even not understood by the referee and must be fully reformulated. The manuscript is therefore recommended to be rejected.
In case the authors wish to make a substantial revision of their manuscript, I enclose more detailed comments below.
另外是主编的意见，也没看到很强的拒稿信息，不知道这是好事还是坏事。下面是意见内容：
I will give you the chance of revising the manuscript, but the English MUST be improved substantially.
A large number of sentences employ expressions and/or words  which do not correspond to common usage in the field of materials processing, specifically welding.

Abstract:
The abstract needs to be rewritten.

Please rewrite the abstract as per the following standard definition:
The abstract is expected to include a brief digest of the research, that is, new methods, results, concepts and conclusions.
Please avoid including background information (background information is redundant to the specialist) or using the title of the paper as opening line (This refers to your current top 6 lines, that should be deleted). Also, connecting or transitional words and phrases such as "In this paper, The results indicate, however, besides, on the other hand, etc.", are redundant in the abstract (just delete them).

Abstract/main text:
Sentences should not begin with conjunctions such as  "And" "Because…" or "But". The use of conjunctions as starting words is acceptable in colloquial English, but it is out of place in formal writing.
