Your manuscript, Hydrothermal synthesis and electrochemical performance of walnut-like CoS2 hierarchical structures MNL-2015-0551 has been considered by the Editor but it is, in its current form, inappropriate for this journal. Micro & Nano Letters publishes materials papers where the resulting material or particle has a clear engineering application, or where the engineering techniques for their manufacture are sufficiently novel. Unfortunately, your paper does not meet these criteria. You may resubmit your paper but it is important for you to highlight either: (1) why the engineering techniques used in your manufacturing are novel, or (2) Why your material is significant for a particular engineering application - what makes your materials different and therefore noteworthy. |
