（1）The …… weakened the influence of ……on the ……这里的weakened可以吗？？
(2)The A ions could increase depressing effects of……, while the B ions could not increase depressing effects …….A离子可以增加……的抑制性能，而B不能增加抑制性能，请问如何使句子地道 ？

1、可以的： A weakened the influence of B on C...
2、The A ions could increase THE depressing effects of……, while the B ions could not increase depressing effects ……
depressing可以用suppressive，inhibitory等代替。

为避免重复与单调，可以考虑：
In contrast to A ions, which can increase the depressing effect of B on C, D ions do not affect the inhibitory effect of B on C.
