第一次发SCI 英文狂烂，求翻译。 Dear mr zhang, The manuscript cannot start the review process until the following corrections are made to meet the journal's requirements (see Instructions for authors, as well): (1)The corresponding author must undertake in the covering letter that he/she shall review at least three manuscripts (in his/her own specialization) submitted to JFST.
