Q1. 没有溶剂,100%都是高聚物的材料危害小,环境友好。
The solvent less 100% polymerizing binders are less hazardous and more environmental friendly.
Q2. 我想说的是“。。。。。。K值降低了一半多”
The investigations of sandwich compounds with chemically-bonded PTFE-PA 66 surface material and a glass-fiber reinforced core at different pressures and sliding speeds under unlubricated conditions show a decrease of the specific wear rate k in comparison to compact material of the same composition more than the half (10)

1、Polymers without any solvent content are less harmful and more friendly to the environment.
2、The research indicates that a composite with a sandwich-like structures ,in which chemically bonded PTFE-PA66 materials are used on the outside and glass fibers inside for reinforcing usage , has an advantage of  the specific wear rate k as low as less than one half of that of compact materials with the same composition under the dry contact conditions with different pressures and sliding velocities.
3、There have been much more investigations on how the contact angle of PTFE film is influenced by the electron beam.

  Fiber reinforcement at the core can reduce the specific wear rate k of chemically-bonded PTFE-PA 66 composites by more than 50%
Q3:
  Much empirical research have already been done on how electron beam affects the water contact angle of PTFE film.
