求助高手： 下面的A类错误该如何修改 ABSTM02_ALERT_3_A Test not performed as the _ exptl _ absorpt _ correction_type has not been identified. See test ABSTY_01. PLAT306_ALERT_2_A Isolated Oxygen Atom (H-atoms Missing ?) ....... O5W PLAT052_ALERT_1_A (Proper) Absorption Correction Method Missing .. ? PLAT306_ALERT_2_A Isolated Oxygen Atom (H-atoms Missing ?) ....... O5W 晶格水没加氢. 要不试加, 要不说明一下 PLAT052_ALERT_1_A (Proper) Absorption Correction Method Missing .. ? 同1 PLAT093_ALERT_1_A No su’s on H-atoms, but refinement reported as . mixed 改成constr PLAT122_ALERT_1_A No _symmetry_space_group_name_H-M Given ....... ? 看cifcheck给你的符号填上就好 |

谢谢你的回答：我还有两个小问题（本人是初学者）请见谅： 1. 是否直接在cif文件上修改就可以？ 2. “ABSTM02_ALERT_3_A Test not performed as the _ exptl _ absorpt _ correction_type has not been identified. See test ABSTY_01. 你吸收校正没填到CIF中. ” 吸收校正如何填到cif中？？ 3. “PLAT306_ALERT_2_A Isolated Oxygen Atom (H-atoms Missing ?) ....... O5W 晶格水没加氢. 要不试加, 要不说明一下 ” 如何说明？？在什么地方说明？？ 谢谢！！ |

是直接在CIF中改. 吸收校正的类型和数值, 找帮你解了结构的老师要. 如果加不了水上的氢, 说明一下应该是可以的. 这个我也没做过, 大概是 PLAT306_ALERT_2_A Isolated Oxygen Atom (H-atoms Missing ?) ....... O5W _vrf_plat_306_compound formula ; PROBLEM  laton detects isolated OXygen Atom of O5WRESPONSE: O5W is the oxygen atom of a lattcie water molecule. Since no suitable electron densities corresponding to the two hydrogen atoms attached to O5W were found in the DIF-fourier maps, no hydrogen atoms were added for O5W. ; |
