| 利用超高效液相色谱-高分辨四极杆飞行时间质谱对饲料中的抗生素5种组分进行鉴别分析。采用C18色谱柱分离,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液(含2mmol•L-1乙酸铵)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.4mL•min-1,柱温40℃;质谱条件为电喷雾离子源,检测方式为负离子全扫描模式,通过保留时间、精确分子量和二级质谱特征碎片完成对抗生素的5种组分的鉴别。与高效液相色谱方向比较,本方法具有判断准确、检测快速的特点,具有很好的应用价值。 |

| Using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC)-high resolution quadrupole time-of flight MS, the discriminant analysis of 5 components of the feed was conducted. Based on C18 chromatogram column separation, the acetonitrile - 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (including 2mmol•L-1 ammonium acetate) was employed as the mobile phase at flow rate of 0.4mL•min-1 for gradient elution at column temperature of 40℃; Under the mass spectrometer condition of electrospray ionization, and adopting anion full scan mode as detection mode, the identification of 5 components of the feed were implemented based on retention time, exact molecular weight, and secondary mass spectral characteristic fragments. Compared with HPLC, this method is of better application value for its advantages of accurate judgement and rapid detection. |
