上月投了journal of optical technology，帮忙分析一下，是中了吗？

上个月投了俄罗斯的journal of optical technology，20号投稿，30号就给了意见，只是让修改格式，当天就改好通过邮件给编辑传过去了，但到现在没收到编辑回复，有半个月了，需要再给编辑发邮件问一下吗？一审的邮件如下 Dear authors! The reviewer recommended to publish your article "Research on detection system of large distance multi-axes boresight ". You have to make preparation of manuscript according to the Articles Formatting Rules of ?OPTICHESKII ZHURNAL?, https://www.opticjourn.ru/manuscript_preparation.html. - Text in one file (doc). - Pictures (in format JPG, BMP, TIFF for tone figures and CDR, AI, WMF – for graphic figures) every in different files. - Formulas should be typed in special editors (Microsoft Equation and Mathtype ). Formulas in the text should be typed in text mode. In the attachment the text of your article. The lines that need in correction highlighted in red. - The list of references should be in accordance with the sample. We are waiting for the corrected version of the article.
