| 开展了萃取-大孔树脂吸附法处理辛醇废碱液的实验研究,结果表明:以辛醇为辛醇废碱液的萃取剂,在pH=3、辛醇与废碱液体积比为0.5和萃取级数为2的条件下,当进水ρ(COD)为104651mg/L时,出水ρ(COD)降至6453mg/L以下,COD去除率达到93.8%以上,萃取剂辛醇可以重复利用;以辛醇二级萃取出水为进水,HYA-106大孔吸附树脂较佳的吸附流速为1BV/h、温度为20~40℃,出水ρ(COD)平均在155~183mg/L之间,COD去除率在99.1%~99.4%之间,吸附-脱附效果稳定;萃取-吸附的COD总去除率达到99.8%以上,彻底实现了辛醇废碱液中的有机物回收。 |

| The experimental study on treatment of octanol waste lye using extraction - macroporous resin adsorption process was carried out. The results showed that a, the effluent ρ (COD) fell to 6453mg/L or less and the COD’s removal efficiency reached more than 93.8% when the influent ρ (COD) is 104651mg/L, the octanol as octanol waste lye extraction agent, at pH = 3, the volume ratio of octanol to waste lye is 0.5, and under the conditions of extraction stages 2. In addition, the extraction agent octanol can be reused; b, the effect of adsorption-desorption was stable and the total removal efficiency of extraction-adsorption COD reached 99.8% when the effluent water in secondary extraction was used as water, the flow rate of HYA-106 macroporous resin adsorption was 1BV/h, a temperature of 20 ~ 40 ℃, and effluent ρ (COD) average in 155 ~ 183mg/L. The organic recovery from octanol waste lye was fully realized. |
