招聘贵金属催化剂博士~
|
工作地点: 上海 POSITION: R&D Manager 博士或者博士后 八年以上相关经验，希望海外博士申请职位。JD 如下 Objectives • To plan strategy, guide and create continuous innovation and improvement of advanced technology for environmental catalysts. Main Tasks • Design and develop breakthrough technology to improve catalyst performance and cost effectiveness, as well as to win competitions continuously in Asia. • Support and facilitate catalyst technology know-how exchange and transfer efficiently. • Corporate with internal raw material development team and external suppliers to screen and expedite introduction of high performance advanced materials for worldwide applications. • Collaborate with application engineers and engine lab to supply and test prototype samples. Timely to optimize emission systems for strategic important customers. • Report to Vice President Asia Pacific R&D and is responsible to lead a team of professionals and technicians to advance technology and support business. • Achieve internal and external quality goals in wide range of catalyst design and development. • Communicate with worldwide R&D personnel and sponsor global technical exchange meeting. • Provide guidance to subordinates and co-workers from different disciplines and occasionally various functional teams. • Withstand high stress and with flexibility to travel. Requirements • Education: Ph.D or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Heterogeneous Catalysts and Inorganic Chemistry. • Working Experience: 8 years for Ph.D or 10 years for Master. • Technical & Professional Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Heterogeneous Catalysis. Experience in project and people management. Family with quality management (Design Process; TS-16949; APQP). Industrial safety and environmental protection. Entrepreneurial Action, Customer Focus, and Innovativeness. • Fluently in Chinese and English (oral and written), Japanese or German language is a plus. 有意者请将简历发至： Carol_si@kellyservices.cn |
