| 针对肿瘤表达的目标抗原 （Ags） 而产生的单克隆抗体 （Abs) 为招募先天免疫系统抵御恶性肿瘤的生长提供可能性。先天免疫的组成包括免疫效应细胞，如单核细胞/巨噬细胞，多形核细胞（中性粒细胞），和NK细胞；而补体系统构成体液免疫的一个组成部分。细胞攻击机制由抗体的可结晶片段（Fc区）与表达于免疫效应细胞的FcR相互作用而触发，介导抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒性（ADCC）或抗体依赖细胞介导的吞噬作用。通常需要将经典补体途径中的补体C1q固着于目标抗原结合的Fc区，以针对靶细胞诱导补体依赖性细胞毒性（CDC）。 |
