硫酸酯化纤维素

小弟纳米晶态纤维素表面硫酸酯化纤维素，手上的硫酸酯化试剂只有浓硫酸一种。看到有一篇文章用1-丁醇做溶剂，硫酸做酯化的试剂上面是这么写的： With an optimized set of conditions, namely, an aqueous sulfuric acid content of 40 mL/g of a-cellulose, a reaction time of 60 min, a temperature of 0℃, and a concentration of aqueous sulfuric acid of 34.2N, a sodium cellulose sulfate ester with a DS of 0.392 was obtained. 实验部分这么写的：An azeotrope of 20–60 mL of 19.8–34.2N sulfuric acid and 33% 1-butanol containing 1.65% ammonium sulfate was cooled to 0℃。 请问大虾们：19.8–34.2N sulfuric acid是什么意思，貌似98%的浓硫酸的浓度只有18.4M. 之前选的配方，纤维素都降解的很厉害，取代度都不高，请大侠们指教一二，不胜感激。 |
