【注意】 .结合缓冲液和冲洗缓冲液I含有盐酸胍，是一种刺激性物质。实验全程戴手套，并遵循标准的安全防范措施，以尽量减少接触。
      .不要让这些缓冲液接触你的皮肤、眼睛或粘膜。如果接触到，立即用大量的水清洗受污染的地区；否则，该试剂会引起烧伤。如果试剂泄漏，在抹擦之前用水稀释。
      .在人或动物食品的附近，不要储存或使用结合缓冲液。
      .在处理这些缓冲液时，戴上手套，并遵循标准的安全防护措施。
