[求助] 关于Nanomedicine: NBM修稿，有些不懂！投过的大神们请赐教！

Backgroud: Nanomedicine: NBM的约稿综述  已经小修一次，这次返回后给出如下回复，应该怎么修改？

Dear Dr. XX,

Thank you for submitting your manuscript entitled "xxxxxxxx" to Nanomedicine: Nanotechnology, Biology, and Medicine.

However, we can not continue processing your submission until you make the following changes to your submission:

1.* We do not use "Highlights"; please remove that from the submission.(这个好说，去掉即可)

2.* Upload each table (as a word processing document file) and each figure (in .tif or .eps format) as a separate file.（这个也好说，原来我都是放在word里上传单个文件，现在给他原图就行）
description so that the figure number appears at the top of the page of the file that is created by the system. （主要是这个，看不懂啊， item description在哪里？怎么加入？）

* Move the following to the title page: This work was supported by Natural Science Foundation project (xxxx),National Distinguished Young Scholars grant (xxxxx), Key Basic Research,"Hundred Talents Program" (xxxx), NIH/NIMHD xxx and USAMRMC xxx-x-x-xx grants. Chinese Academy of Science, Grant No.xxxx.(这部分我原先是写在致谢里面了，现在移到首页，致谢写啥呢？还有就是首页已经写过了一段话关于利益冲突的问题的，有必要再写基金支持吗？)

首页的文字如下：

关于2：item description在你在投稿系统上传文件的时候可以填，这样最终生成的pdf就有页眉描述了。比如figure 1这样。
后面基金信息：复制致谢到前面即可，致谢部分再同样保留。title page最后不会印出来，收集信息 ...
