[求助] 关于代谢的文献里面的一小段,求大侠帮忙翻译,对代谢方面是一点都不知道呀~

Glucans are microbial cell wall carbohydrates that are shed into the circulation of patients with infections. Glucans are
immunomodulatory and have structures that are influenced by bacterial or fungal species and growth conditions. We developed
a method to covalently label carbohydrates with a fluorophore on the reducing terminus, and used the method to study the
pharmacokinetics following intravenous administration of three highly purified and characterized glucans (glucan phosphate,
laminarin and scleroglucan) that varied according to molecular size, branching frequency and solution conformation.
Elimination half-life was longer (3.8 F 0.8 vs. 2.6 F 0.2 and 3.1 F 0.6 h) and volume of distribution lower (350 F 88 ml/kg vs.
540 F 146 and 612 F 154 ml/kg) for glucan phosphate than for laminarin and scleroglucan. Clearance was lower for glucan
phosphate (42 F 6 ml/kg h) than for laminarin (103 F 17 ml/kg h) and scleroglucan (117 F 19 ml/kg h). Since plasma levels at
steady state are inversely related to clearance, these differences suggest that pharmacokinetics could favor higher blood levels of
glucans with certain physicochemical properties.

葡聚糖是脱落到感染患者血液循环系统中的微生物细胞壁碳水化合物。葡聚糖有免疫调节作用并具有受细菌或真菌以及生长条件影响的结构。我们开发了一种用一个荧光团于还原末端上对碳水化合物进行共价标记的方法,并且运用这种方法跟踪三种根据分子大小、分支频次和溶液构象而不同的高度提纯并表征的葡聚糖(磷酸葡聚糖、昆布多糖和硬葡聚糖)的静脉给药进行了药代动力学研究。与昆布多糖和硬葡聚糖相比,磷酸葡聚糖的消除半衰期更长(3.8 F 0.8对比2.6 F 0.2和3.1 F 0.6小时)并且分布容积更小350 F 88 ml/kg对比540 F 146和612 F 154ml/kg)。与昆布多糖(103 F 17ml/kg h和硬葡聚糖(117 F 19ml/kg h)相比,磷酸葡聚糖(42 F 6ml/kg h)的消除率更低。稳定状态的血浆水平与消除率是逆相关的,这种差异表明药代动力学更倾向于较高血中浓度的具有某些物化特性的葡聚糖。
