书写Response to Reviewer Comments，什么格式？ 已有2人参与

文章大修，两个reviewer提了14个问题，现在在写Response to Reviewer Comments，听说要加上对负责编辑的感谢，那么问题来了，对编辑的如“Dear Editor, thank you .......”等这类话也要写在Response to Reviewer Comments的这个word中吗？ 另外，写审稿人回复时，前面还需要加上“Dear Reviewer, thank you .......”等这类话吗？急需，非常感谢 |
