比利时法语区APS材料审核 已有2人参与

回馈小木虫，讲点自己的经历。 1.基本概念。APS审核是德国大使馆文化处搞得，审查在中国获得的学历真伪，比利时委托德国审核部进行审核。网址：https://www.aps.org.cn/zh/internationale-kooperationen/bel APS审核分为材料审核和面谈两部分，一般去比利时攻读博士学位可以只进行材料审核，其他情况可以联系比利时大使馆咨询（据说CSC资助的可以免除，还是那句话咨询大使馆visa.beijing@diplobel.fed.be）。法语区具体说明是（2015年6月10日的比利时官方回复）： Thank you very much for having contacted the Ministry for higher education and research in the French Community/Federation Wallonia-Brussels of Belgium. We act as contact point for the implementation of the APS procedure and therefore I would like to inform you on the following: (1) The APS procedure is not an academic admission procedure but is a prerequisite to obtain a student visa and stay legally on the Belgian territory. The APS is made of two phases: the screening of documents aiming at verifying the authenticity of these documents; the interview of the candidate aiming at verifying the plausibility of the candidate. The procedure is fully performed by our German colleague of the APS centre based in Beijing whose contact details can be found here: https://www.aps.org.cn. (2) For the Chinese students wishing to study in the French Community/Federation Wallonia-Brussels of Belgium, various categories of exemption for the APS procedure have been defined to facilitate the incoming mobility of Chinese students. The following exemptions concern PhD students: § Chinese students wishing to follow doctoral studies in a recognized university of the French Community/Federation Wallonia-Brussels is exempted for the interview. They will have to pass the documents screening. § Chinese students wishing to follow doctoral studies in a recognized university of the French Community/Federation Wallonia-Brussels and holding a scholarship/grant from the China Scholarship Council, are fully exempted for the procedure. They can proceed directly to the Belgian embassy or consulates with their letter of admission to request a student visa. § Chinese students wishing to follow doctoral studies in a recognized university of the French Community/Federation Wallonia-Brussels in the framework of an interinstitutional agreement or a EU programme (for example: Erasmus Mundus) , are fully exempted for the procedure. They can proceed directly to the Belgian embassy or consulates with their letter of admission to request a student visa. 2.审核所需材料。aps官方网站有材料列表。需要补充的两点： &大学录取花名册翻译公证件或学校档案馆出具的双语密封件 这个其实就是高考成绩单，只是一个省的都在一起，我们只是其中一行。到学校档案馆问一下他们都知道。 &审核部让我补充了博士录取通知书，虽然材料列表里没有体现。 3.审核流程。网上注册——>交钱寄材料——>电话通知审核通过，挂号信寄出审核结果（貌似也可以前台自取）。 4.联系方式。给审核部打电话从来没打通过；邮件他们看，但是没回过，会在下午2点左右用一个没有来电显示的号打电话进行单线联系…… |
