本人是新虫，金币不多，还望好心人帮忙。 摘要：本实验是以麦芽糖为原料，首先分别以硫酸氢钠、乙酸锌、磷酸、氢氧化钠、硫酸为催化剂，在95℃条件下脱水缩合转化为5-羟甲基糠醛（5-HMF），并以5-HMF在λ=284nm时的吸光度值作为反应程度的衡量标准，比较数据后选择氢氧化钠为催化剂，而后改变温度、时间、试剂配比。最后得出最佳反应条件，即在90℃下，麦芽糖与氢氧化钠以5:1配比反应7h产量最好。 |

| The experiment using malt sugar as raw materials and respectively using NaHSO4, Zn(CH3COO)2, H3PO4, NaOH, H2SO4 as catalyst to convert into 5-HMF by dehydration condensation under 95℃. Take the absorbance values of the 5-HMF when its λ equals to 284mm as the measure of the extent of reaction. Choose NaOH as catalyst after comparing the related data. Get the best reaction condition with analyzing experiment data with various temperature, time and reagents. The result is malt sugar and NaOH with 5:1 to react for about 7 hours under 90 ℃. |
