文章过长投PRL被拒，请问申述有用吗？

理论分析文章投PRL，没进行技术审稿直接被拒。拒绝信先是套话，最后说文章也超过长度了。其实缩短文章长度很容易，只要把部分内容放到补充材料里就行了。 不知有无必要申述，请各位赐教。 |
