1、据当地兽医/同行反应，2013年（新疆北疆伊犁暴发PPR之前），新疆南疆多区县羊发生一种较严重新奇肺肠炎性疾病；南疆当地（大）兽药销售部门也反应，2013年有很多养羊户购买治疗肺肠炎的各种药。 It was said by the local veterinarians that there were sheep with unusual pneumoenteritis in more counties and regions of south Xinjiang before outbreaks of PPR in Yili region of north Xinjiang in 2013. Many sheep farmers bought various types of drugs to treat pneumoenteritis according to some sales staff from local large veterinary drugs sales departments in south Xinjiang in 2013. 2、肝、脾、淋巴结、肾等器官实质细胞广泛变性、坏死，间质中有巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润。 The parenchymal cells of the liver, spleen, lymph nodes and kidney showed widely degeneration and necrosis. Macrophages, lymphocytes and plasmocytes infiltrated in interstitial tissue of the liver, spleen, lymph nodes and kidney. |
