基础油 中添加 粘度指数改进剂 会改变 润滑油的 成膜特性,本文 基于 幂函数非牛顿流体 修正Carreau-Yasuda流变模型 和 WLF粘压温 关系式,对 弹流线 接触润滑 问题 进行了 完全数值分析。研究表明,比较 基础油 添加三种 不同的 粘度指数 改进剂,其 剪切稀化特性、油膜厚度 和 压力分布 均不相同。
Adding viscosity index improver in base oil will change the film forming characteristic of lubricating oil. This paper, based on the relation between pressure-viscosity temperature and Carreau-Yasuda rheological model of power-function non-newtonian fluid, presented complete numerical analysis of streamline contact lubrication. The research results show that there are differences among base oils with addition of three different viscoity index improvers in terms of shear thinning characteristic, oil film thickness and pressure distribution
