GCr15SiMn钢球 在 热处理时 出现 表面剥落，且 剥落的 表面下 有 开裂的深沟，对其进行 成分分析、硬度检测、宏观观察、微观检验 及分析。结果表明，失效原因 是锻打过程中 表面缺陷 包裹在 毛坯内部，在热处理过程中 由于 应力的 作用，导致了 内部缺陷 附近 材料开裂 及 表面的剥落。
During thermal treatment, GCr15SiMn steel ball suffered surface scaling, under which there emerged a deep cracking ditch. The cracking ditch was then analyzed by component analysis, hardness measurement, macroscopic observation and microscopic examination. The results show that the failure cause is that the surface defects were wrapped inside of slug during forging process, and in the process of thermal treatment, material cracking and surface scaling emerged near internal defects due to the stress effect. |
