这是使用 PhyML 构建进化树的设计参数： 输入文件（Input File Format）：phylip格式，即以氨基酸序列的phylip格式作为输入； 氨基酸的模型（substitution model）：LG （对氨基酸模型这是默认的）； 不变位点的比例（proportion of invariable sites）：0 （通常为[0,1]区间的数） 替代率类别数（ Number of substitution rate categories）：4 |
