It showed a good combination between interface and substrate, and the coating zone showed a large number of defects, such as cracks and voids. Fig. 1b, the interface between coating and substrate appeared intermittent separation (The white arrows), spectrum analysis found that near the surface of the separation zone is mainly oxide. |

It was showed that there had been a good integration between the interface and substrate and a large number of defects such as cracks and cavities in the coating zone. In Fig. 1b, there had also been intermittent separation along the interface which was between the coating zone and substrate (demonstrated by the white arrows). It was found that the main composition near the crack surface was mainly composed of oxides with the EDS spectrum analysis. 在此再多说几句。感觉楼主的以上文字表达前后有些矛盾，前面说涂层界面结合良好，后面却又说界面处存在断断续续的分离。有了这断断续续的裂纹存在，界面的结合能够良好吗？让人很容易怀疑的。应该说是大部分区域结合良好，但在局部区域存在断断续续的裂纹。这样逻辑上前后呼应，更不存在矛盾了。 |
