不同的沉积方法和处理方法下，涂层和基体的界面处会呈现不同的界面结构，我们将界面处不同与涂层和基体的微观界面称为界面层，界面层示意图见图11。从图11可以看到，界面层中即包含基体側，又包含涂层側，以涂层和基体之间的分界线为中心，大概有20μm左右的宽度。界面对阻尼有很大的影响，本文将初步分析界面阻尼，界面层厚度和界面刚度的变化对涂层系统的阻尼值的影响。 Under different deposition methods and processing methods, the interface between the coating and the substrate will show different interface structure. The interface has a great influence on the damping, interface damping, the impact of interface damping, the thickness of interface layer and stiffness of interface on damping capacity of coating system was preliminary analyzed in this paper. |
