| 介电谱时域测试技术主要是极化去极化电流法（PDC）与回复电压法（RVM）[1-3]。其中PDC测试环节简单，而RVM测试复杂。通常的介质回复电压多由回复电压仪测量得出，然而由于受到回复电压仪输入电流的限制，使传统的回复电压表仅能够测量绝缘电阻不太高的油浸电力变压器的油纸绝缘体系[4]。对于绝缘性能更加优异的电力电缆交联聚乙烯介质等绝缘体系，则需要有更高输入阻抗的回复电压表才能够实现。 |

The testing procedure of PDC is simple, and that of RVM is complex. Usually, the recovery voltage of dielectric is measured by recovery voltage meter, however, due to the limitation of the input current, the traditional recovery voltage meter can only measure the oil-paper insulation system of oil immersed power transformer, whose insulation resistance shall not be too high. For those insulation system with more excellent insulation performance, such as the cross-linked power-cable polyethylene, it requires s a recovery voltage meter with higher input impedence. |
