申诉如何撰写已有1人参与

| 各位大神！我的文章大半年前投的CM，送审后修稿3次，第一次2个审稿人大修，1个审稿人小修；第二次只剩下1个审稿人大修；第三次，这个审稿人要求小修。按照审稿人意见修改完成后，编辑却以没有达到审稿人和他的要求以及语言夸大的理由给拒掉了，也没有给具体的理由，很是莫名其妙！几次修稿下来，花费了大量精力，所以想申诉一下试试，不知道还有没有希望？申诉应该怎么写？ |
