In such a case, in the cover letter please address the prior comments of the reviewers, detailing what changes have been made. 这种情况下，重投的编辑reviewer会是原来的审稿人吗？自己网上查了下，也是众说纷纭。我觉得基本上原来的comments都被我用实验或者数据解释了，如果换审稿人，再提一堆其他意见，也挺危险的。而且根据现有reviewer意见的改动，新的reviewer未必关注这点。纠结！ |
