收到一邮件，内容如下，没有弄清老外的意思，谢谢！ In addition to regular articles, the journal also publishes thematic issues on contemporary themes which are guest edited by eminent scientists. It is my pleasure to invite you to submit a proposal to guest edit a thematic issue for The Open Fuels & Energy Science Journal. Thematic issues consist of 6 to 20 articles (all review articles or a mixture of review and research articles) from leading international contributors from technologically advanced countries. The Guest Editors' main editorial tasks are to invite the contributors and to manage the peer- review of all submitted manuscripts. Your written proposal should outline the importance of the theme selected for your issue, and list the names and affiliations of all possible contributing authors as well as the date of submission for publication of the entire issue. Your proposal will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and the publishers and a decision whether or not to publish will be sent to you promptly. |
