本文 通过 对 多元含锡 物料 中的 SO42-、As以及Fe 等 杂质离子 的去除 进行了 研究,采取 高温碱融法,依次 通过 锡酸钠 制粗、浸出、浓缩、烘干、粉碎 等工序 来制备 高纯锡酸钠。重点研究 SO42-、As、Fe等 杂质离子的 去除率 以及 焙烧温度 和 时间 对 锡浸出率 的影响,成功 研制出 一种 高纯 锡酸钠的 生产工艺。
In this paper, we researched the method of removing foreign ions such as SO42-, As and Fe in multiple Tin-bearing material. By employing the high temperature alkali melt method, we made an attempt to prepare the high purity sodium stannate by successively conducting experimental processes like coarse product preparation, extraction,concentration, drying and crushing. Focusing on the ratio in removing foreign ions such as SO42-, As and Fe as well as on the influence of reaction time and temperature on the Tin leaching efficiency, we successfully designed a production technology for high purity sodium stannate. |
