| 本文通过对多元含锡物料中的SO42-、As以及Fe等杂质离子的去除进行了研究，采取高温碱融法，依次通过锡酸钠制粗、浸出、浓缩、烘干、粉碎等工序来制备高纯锡酸钠。重点研究SO42-、As、Fe等杂质离子的去除率以及焙烧温度和时间对锡浸出率的影响，成功研制出一种高纯锡酸钠的生产工艺。 |

By employing the high temperature alkali melt method, we made an attempt to prepare the high purity sodium stannate by successively conducting experimental processes like coarse product preparation, extraction,concentration, drying and crushing. Focusing on the ratio in removing foreign ions such as SO42-, As and Fe as well as on the influence of reaction time and temperature on the Tin leaching efficiency, we successfully designed a production technology for high purity sodium stannate. |
