本文 通过对 多元含锡物料 中的SO42-、As以及Fe等 杂质离子的 去除进行了 研究,采取高温碱融法,依次通过锡酸钠制粗、浸出、浓缩、烘干、粉碎等工序 来制备 高纯锡酸钠。本文 重点研究 多元含锡物料中 的SO42-、As、Fe等杂质离子 的去除,分别 对碳酸钠 加入浓度、CaO加入量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸出时间 相关因素 对 杂质离子 的去除 进行了研究,成功 研制出 一种高纯锡酸钠的生产工艺。
In this paper, we researched the method of removing foreign ions such as SO42-, As and Fe in multiple Tin-bearing material. By employing the high temperature alkali melt method, we made an attempt to prepare the high purity sodium stannate by successively conducting experimental processes like coarse product preparation, extraction,concentration, drying and crushing. Focusing on the removal of foreign ions such as SO42-, As and Fe, we analyzed the impacting factors to the removal ratio of foreign ions such as the added concentration of sodium carbonate, dosage of CaO, calcination temperature, calcination time, and extraction time, thus successfully designing a production technology for high purity sodium stannate. |
