By employing the high temperature alkali melt method, we made an attempt to prepare the high purity sodium stannate by successively conducting experimental processes like coarse product preparation, extraction,concentration, drying and crushing. Focusing on the removal of foreign ions such as SO42-, As and Fe, we analyzed the impacting factors to the removal ratio of foreign ions such as the added concentration of sodium carbonate, dosage of CaO, calcination temperature, calcination time, and extraction time, thus successfully designing a production technology for high purity sodium stannate. |
