![]() ÎÒÒѾÐÞ¸ÄÁËÁ½±é£¬²»¹ý¿´×Å»¹ÊDZðŤµÄ£¬Çë´óÉñ°ïÎÒµ÷½ÚÒ»ÏÂÓïÐòºÍ´îÅ䣡¸Ðл£¡ ![]() Abstract: The BDS (BeiDou Satellite Navigation System), also known as COMPASS, is a Chinese satellite navigation system which has been developed rapidly in recent years. Although the BDS has been announced to provide services for the whole Asia-pacific region with a constellation of 5GEO/5IGSO/4MEO at the end of 2012, the assessment of BDS Signal-in-Space (SIS) still needs careful research and discussion which has a significant impact on the User-Ranger-Error(URE) of the user. In this paper, with using the entire navigation message and post-processing precise ephemeris in 2014, an initial assessment of BDS Signal-in-Space was presented for all the thirteen BDS satellites. The assessment focus on two aspects of BDS Signal-in-Space Error: 1) For SISURE (Signal-in-Space User Ranger Error) of all BDS satellites, some indicators were used for the SISURE assessment, such as single epoch, month average and annual average among thirteen BDS satellites, at the same time, boxplot was also used for the distribution of SISURE of every satellites, 2) In order to explore the statistics among R(radial), A(along-track), C(cross-track) errors and T(clock) errors, a analysis was carried out, including spatial correlation, normality and SISURE caused by orbit error and clock error. The results show that BDS SIS error is worse than GPS currently, however, it is still better than GLONASS. All the assessment in this paper shows the potential of the BDS system which now is in the third phase of global navigation system construction. |
