1. 按照图1 的 流程,进行 磨矿 细度试验,在 液体 丁胺黑药 (有起泡作用,不需要 另外再加 起泡剂) 用量 为100g/t,硫化钠用量 为250g/t.
1. According to the technological process in Fig.1, we made grinding fineness experiment by adding 100g/t of liquid butylamine aerofloat (with foaming function without addition of foaming agents) and 250g/t of sodium sulfide.
2.由图2知 随着 磨矿细度的 增加,银的 回收率 和 粗精矿中的 银品位 都在增加,但过高 的磨矿细度,使 原有 尾矿 过磨严重,反而 不利于 银的回收,使 银的 回收率 和品位 都有 不同程度的 下降.
2, According to Fig.2, with the increase of grind fineness, the recovery rate of silver as well as the silver grade in rough silver concentrate will grow accordingly. However, the overhigh grind fineness can cause severe overgrinding of tailings, which will obstacle silver recovery, leading to the decrease of the recovery rate and grade of silver in different degree.
3. 试验结果表明,在-200目占90%的条件下,粗精矿 银的品位为1500g/t,银的回收率为49.27%.
3, The experiment results show that under the current condition that -200ym of silver grains account for 90% of total quantity, the silver grade in rought silver concentrate is 1500g/t with recovery rate of 49.27%. |
