投稿一个月后收到编辑来信，要求确保题目与本团队另一篇文章题目可以区分，怎么改已有2人参与

Please make sure with your colleagues that these two papers are clearly distinguishable from the title, e.g. by adding "in vitro" in your case. Please note that a thorough revision of yours does not automatically mean that the paper will eventually published.
