投稿一个月后收到编辑来信，要求确保题目与本团队另一篇文章题目可以区分，怎么改已有2人参与

At the same day, another manuscript on largely the same topic (OBCFA of rumen bacteria) was submitted to JAPAN by largely the same author group. Please make sure with your colleagues that these two papers are clearly distinguishable from the title, e.g. by adding "in vitro" in your case. Please note that a thorough revision of yours does not automatically mean that the paper will eventually published.
