Research of Impacting Factors and Training Method of Rebound Ability
摘要：在篮球比赛中，拼抢篮板球 是获得 球权 的主要方式，是 攻防转换的 关键。通过 文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像观察法 和逻辑分析法，对 影响 篮板球拼抢 绩效 的基本因素 进行 分析和探讨，研究发现：技术能力 是篮板球拼抢 绩效 的核心；身体能力 是篮板球拼抢 绩效 的基础；心理因素 是篮板球拼抢 绩效的 保障。技术能力 方面 主要包括 观察选位、身体姿势控制 和 起跳；身体能力方面 除了 身高、体重 这类先天 条件 外，还包括 速度、力量、耐力和 灵敏；心理因素 方面 主要包括 欲望、勇气、意识、预判和意志品质。
关键词：篮板球；技术；身体；心理；训练
Abstract: In a basketball game, getting rebounds is a major approach to gain possession of ball as well as the foundation for offence-defense conversion. Through referring documents, expert interview, video observation and logical analysis, we made analysis and discussion on the basic factors to the rebounding performance. The results show that: basketball technical skill plays a key role in affecting the rebounding performance; physical ability acts as the foundation for rebounding performance; mental factors are the guarrantee for a good rebouding performance. Among the three aspects, the technical skill includes positiong selection, body control ability, and jumping ability; Physical ability include speed, strength, endurance and agility as well as some congenital physical condition such as height and weight; In terms of mental aspect, rebounding disire, courage, consciousness, pre-judging ability, and strong will are the matters that count.
