| In this study, quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was employed to determine the gene expression of follistatin-related protein 1 (FSRP-1) and follistatin-related protein 3 (FSRP-3 ) in white muscle as well as the peptide transporter protein 1 (Pep T 1) in small intestine in mandarinfish refed with one meal after 7 days' starvation. |

谢谢啊，翻译的真好！供一下我的翻译 In the study, the relative expression level of FSRP-1, FSRP-3 in white muscle and PepT1 gene in small intestine of Siniperca chuatsi that were fasted a week and refed a meal，which were tested by using the Quantitative Real-Time PCR (qRT-PCR) method 这句话主语太长，又不好用it的形式主语，求指正！ |
