商家已经主动声明此回帖可能含有宣传内容| Through cutting the carotid artery of a healthy live chicken, then letting the blood drop directly on clothes in 16 different colors, the blooded clothes were prepared as the samples (for each color of sample cloth, at least 5 parallel samples should be made). After that,the UV-2450 type of ultraviolet-uisible spectrophotometer (Japan, the island ferry company) was used under the specular reflection of ISR-240A integrating sphere and BaSO4 standard reference powder. Equipment parameters were set as: wavelength scanning range:190~800nm;scanning speed was medium;sampling interval:0.5;width of slot:1.0nm;wavelength conversion of light source 360nm; base line was adjusted by BaSO4 whiteboard. Method 1: Setting BaSO4 standard whiteboard as reference, a flat blooded cloth was fixed on the sample plate before injecting the integrating sphere sample light beam , then we tested the reflection spectrum of blooded clothes in different colors.Method 2: Setting BaSO4 standard whiteboard covered by corresponding colored cloth as reference, a flat blooded cloth was fixed on the sample plate before injecting the integrating sphere sample light beam, then we tested the reflection spectrum of blooded clothes in different colors: |
