| The core competitiveness of large scale communication construction corporation lies on the ability to provide customers with construction products and services that are more competitive and not easy to be copied and duplicated by competitors, with high efficiency and low cost. This thesis explores how to analyze and define the core competitiveness of large scale communication construction corporation, then proposes various strategic measures to foster such core competitiveness, and finally makes feasibility studies on the above discussion, taking Y large scale communication construction corporation as an example. The brief and practical method proposed in this thesis to analyze and define the core competitiveness of construction corporatons offers an example for other types of corporations, too. |
