| 大型交通施工企业的核心竞争力依赖于培育和构建一种用较快的速度与效率、较低的成本，向顾客提供优于竞争对手，并不易被竞争对手所模仿复制的建筑产品与服务的能力。本文对大型交通施工企业如何进行核心竞争力分析做出了一些探索，进而提出培育核心竞争力的各项战略措施，最后以Y大型交通施工企业为例对这些研究做了可行性证实。文章提出的企业核心竞争力分析的简便、实用的方法，对其他的对企业核心竞争力进行的研究有一定的借鉴意义。 |

| The core competitiveness of large scale communication construction corporation lies on the ability to provide customers with construction products and services that are more competitive and not easy to be copied and duplicated by competitors, with high efficiency and low cost. This thesis explores how to analyze and define the core competitiveness of large scale communication construction corporation, then proposes various strategic measures to foster such core competitiveness, and finally makes feasibility studies on the above discussion, taking Y large scale communication construction corporation as an example. The brief and practical method proposed in this thesis to analyze and define the core competitiveness of construction corporatons offers an example for other types of corporations, too. |
