Exploration of application effect of no-wash hand liquid used by home PD(peritoneal dialysis) patients in NCMS (new rural cooperative medical system)
Method: Thsi paper experiment objects are 52 cases of NCMS chronic renal failure patients who receieved peritoneal dialysis at our hospital from January 1, 2012 - June 1, 2014 and then received home peritoneal dialysis for at least half year. Retrospective data of patients for 6 months before intervention was regarded as control group, patients who recieved 6 monthes of no-wash hand liquid on the basis of conventional health instruction were set as the observation group. we compare the hand hygiene compliance and Pd related infections of patients between these two groups. Results: hand hygiene compliance of patients in observation group is significantly higher than that in control group, while the Pd related infections is significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion: Only when the effective measurements are carried out to correspondingly solve the existing problems of patients, can the hand hygiene compliance of home PD patients be increased, and PD related infections be reduced |
