| 探讨免洗手消液在新农合居家腹膜透析患者中的应用效果。方法 将我院2012年1月1日-2014年6月1日在本院住院置管行腹膜透析后居家腹膜透析满半年的新农合慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者52例，以实施干预前6个月患者回顾性资料作为对照组，在常规健康宣教的基础上加用免洗手消液6个月期间作为观察组。比较两组患者手卫生依从性和腹膜透析相关感染率。结果 观察组手卫生的依从性明显高于对照组，腹膜透析相关感染发生率显著低于对照组。结论 只有针对患者存在的问题采取有效措施，提高居家腹膜透析患者手卫生的依从性，降低患者腹膜透析相关感染率。 |

Exploration of application effect of no-wash hand liquid used by home PD(peritoneal dialysis) patients in NCMS (new rural cooperative medical system) Method: Thsi paper experiment objects are 52 cases of NCMS chronic renal failure patients who receieved peritoneal dialysis at our hospital from January 1, 2012 - June 1, 2014 and then received home peritoneal dialysis for at least half year. Retrospective data of patients for 6 months before intervention was regarded as control group, patients who recieved 6 monthes of no-wash hand liquid on the basis of conventional health instruction were set as the observation group. we compare the hand hygiene compliance and Pd related infections of patients between these two groups. Results: hand hygiene compliance of patients in observation group is significantly higher than that in control group, while the Pd related infections is significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion: Only when the effective measurements are carried out to correspondingly solve the existing problems of patients, can the hand hygiene compliance of home PD patients be increased, and PD related infections be reduced |
