更完整的原文是 Diets were prepared in 1,000-ml volumes by adding the correct amount of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals to a flask filled to two thirds of the total desired volume with an 845 mM solution of sucrose. The pH of the solution was then adjusted to 7.5 with KOH, and it was brought to a final volume of 1,000 ml. 饲料按1000毫升体积准备， 将所需量的氨基酸、维生素和矿物质加入盛有三分之二所需体积845mM蔗糖溶液的烧瓶中。用KOH调pH至7.5，最后定容至1000ml. |
