对于热处理的涂层系统，涂层和基体的界面处发生了分离，这种分离应该是不可逆的，造成这种分离的主要原因应该是由于在界面处发生了氧化行为，见图8b和8c中的能谱图。 For the heat treated coated system, the separation at the interface between the coating and the substrate was occurred , and should be irreversible. The main reason for this separation should be the occurrence of the oxidation behavior at the interface. |
